ULI Colorado - NOCO + CSU EREC | Inside The Prospect: Development, Design & Delivery
Join ULI Northern Colorado and Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center for our annual partnership bringing together students and industry leaders for a program focused on real estate development and placemaking in Northern Colorado. This year features a networking reception, a panel discussion with the project team behind The Prospect, and a guided walking tour of the site. Panelists will include representatives from CSU STRATA, Tetrad, and other key partners who helped bring the project to life, sharing insights into the vision, development process, and collaboration required to deliver this transformative project near campus.

The event requires registration, and student tickets will be refunded upon attendance. This ensures commitment since space is limited.
Recommended attire: Long pants and closed toed shoes, as we will be walking an active construction site. Hard hats and PPE will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have it.
